Join us for a slow, relaxing, dim-lit relaxing hatha style yoga session to calm and reset the mind.
The session is suitable for all abilities from total beginners to yoga lovers and will focus on slow, controlled stretches, allowing you to get deeper into poses and mentally switch off. The session will also include a little breathwork and long, relaxing savasana to end. It’s the perfect session to reset your body and mind with minimal lighting and relaxing music, it’s a great way to take some ‘me time’ at the end of the working day.
If you can, please provide your own mat during COVID-19. However, if you don't have your own equipment, this can be provided.
Please bring a yoga mat, cosy jumper, socks, and blanket for the savanasa (relaxation) at the end.
This yoga asana practice stretches all areas of the body and in this practice poses are typically held for between 2 and 5 minutes depending on the session. The session will focus on different areas of the body, giving you a good stretch and relaxation, helping improve circulation, flexibility and mobility.
