This Autumn/Winter, we're taking mindfulness walks into the dark for a sensory experience you won't forget.
How often do you go walking in the dark? Remember when you'd do it as a child? You'd probably be part of a group, with your torches, and go on a 'night walk' - in reality it was only about 5pm, but as a child it felt like a real adventure!
Our mindfulness walks have been so popular this year, that we thought well, why stop over winter? Actually, winter is a time when we often feel disconnected and in full hibernation mode, we need mindfulness practices and connection more than ever!
So, come rain... or rain most likely... we'll be taking mindfulness walks into the dark for a chance to experience mindfulness, presence and awareness in a completely different way.
Meet point locations and parking info will be shared 48 hours prior to the event - keep an eye on your emails.
The session will be no longer than 2-3 miles walking on mainly flat terrain. The walks are suitable for anyone who can manage a gentle walk. We don't rush!!
