Join us for a slow, relaxing, dim-lit restorative hatha style yoga session to calm and reset the mind.
The session is suitable for all abilities from total beginners to yoga lovers and will focus on slow, long stretches, allowing you to get deeper into poses and mentally switch off. The session will also include a little breathwork and long, relaxing savasana to end. It’s the perfect session to reset you for the week ahead and with low-lighting and relaxing music it’s a great way to take some ‘me time’ before the working week begins all over again.
If you can, please provide your own mat during COVID-19. However, if you don't have your own equipment, this can be provided.
Please bring a cosy jumper, socks, hoody and/or blanket for the savanasa (relaxation) at the end.
Yoga stretches all areas of the body and in this practice poses are typically held for between 2 and 5 minutes. The session will focus on different areas of the body, giving you a good stretch and relaxation, helping improve circulation, flexibility and mobility.
